The estimated delivery time for our order will depend on your location. While we work closely with our logistics partners to provide accurate delivery information, delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Once your product(s) are in transit, any delays are outside our control.

All products offered on HomeyGarden are available and shipped from our facilities in the United States. This means that when you order, we guarantee the best quality!

Additionally, we import from suppliers all over the world to give our customers a wider variety of products. We only work with suppliers who adhere to our strict quality control guidelines and standards. This is the reason for the delivery times listed below.

Processing & Delivery Time

  • Processing Time: 2 - 3 business days
  • Shipping Time: 8 - 12 business days
  • Estimated delivery time is 10 - 15 business days.

Please note that orders can be delays for a variety of reasons:

  • Shipping address is incomplete/incorrect 

  • Shipping address is not written in English

  • An item is currently out of stock 

  • Order is pending credit approval and verification 

  • Order is being shipped to remote country 

  • Customs has placed a hold on the order
